Can you make children’s beds as part of the service?
Yes, provided they fall within the number of beds included in your package and clean household linen is available.
Can dinner be waiting when we arrive?
Soft Landing includes a prepared meal for two up to £25. Complete Homecoming includes a prepared family meal for up to six up to £50.
Can you unpack children’s clothes?
On Soft Landing and Complete Homecoming, clean clothing from included suitcases can be put away in agreed storage areas according to your instructions.
Can Homeward visit before we leave as well as before we return?
Complete Homecoming includes two visits: a Departure Reset and a later Homecoming Preparation.
How far ahead should we enquire?
As early as practical, particularly around school-holiday periods. Availability is always confirmed before payment is requested.
