A home that works
for the life you lead.

Perhaps your cupboards have become hard to use, baby clothes need sorting or the moving boxes are still waiting. You don’t need to have a plan before getting in touch.

Homeward London helps you decide what belongs where, organise the things you use and make better use of your existing space. Thoughtful storage is part of the solution; making daily life easier is the aim.

A little more ready
for your new arrival.

There can be a lot to organise before your baby arrives. Homeward London helps prepare the practical details, working around your space, priorities and preferred layout.

  • Baby clothes sorted by size, with everyday outfits easy to find.
  • Nappies, wipes and changing essentials grouped where you need them.
  • Muslins, spare clothes and linens arranged in clear, usable sections.
  • Storage recommendations measured to fit your drawers and cupboards.

We can organise the nursery and your bedroom together, so the spaces you’ll use most feel more manageable.

Share your ideas, inspiration or vision board. We’ll translate them into practical arrangements for your belongings, using your existing space and agreed storage. From the first kitchen cupboard to the last wardrobe drawer, the aim is to help you feel settled.

From feeling overwhelmed
to knowing where to start.

  1. 01Share your priorities

Tell us which spaces need attention and what you’d like to change. Photos can help, but you don’t need to have everything figured out.

  2. 02Agree the plan

We discuss the scope, your involvement, team, estimated time and total quote. We use your existing storage where practical and discuss any products that would help.

  3. 03Sort & organise

We help you decide what belongs where, group items and put practical arrangements in place. You decide what to keep, donate or discard.

  4. 04Settle into your space

We walk through what has changed and where things belong. A courtesy check-in within seven days gives us a chance to hear how you’re finding the space; additional work is quoted separately.

Make the most of what you have. We start with your space, routines and suitable storage you already own, then recommend changes that will be useful day to day.

Before we get started.

Where does Homeward London operate?

We operate across South West London and include local travel in the service fee. Any work outside South West London must be agreed before booking. Parking, congestion charges and any additional travel costs are confirmed upfront.

What happens if we need more time?

We agree extra time with you before continuing, subject to availability. Extensions are charged in 30-minute increments: £25 for one organiser or £45 for two. You are not committed to extra time simply because an estimate has been reached.

How do payment and date changes work?

With at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking payment can be refunded or transferred to a new agreed date. We also offer one courtesy late reschedule, subject to availability. Any late-cancellation charge reflects actual loss, capped at the booking payment; statutory rights take priority. Read the full booking information.

Do I need to tidy or declutter before you arrive?

No. Sorting and organising are part of the service. You can show us your home as it is; we’ll discuss your priorities without judgement and agree a manageable starting point.

Will I need to be there throughout the visit?

We agree your involvement before the session. Your input is needed for decisions about what to keep, donate or discard; other organising tasks can be planned around your availability and instructions.

Will you photograph my home?

We’ll discuss any photographs needed to plan the work. Permission to use photographs or videos for marketing is separate and optional; we will only use them with your agreement.

Can I book organising without a holiday package?

Yes. Home Organisation is a standalone Homeward London service. You can also combine it with other agreed home concierge tasks.

Will I need to buy storage containers?

Not always. We work with suitable storage you already own. If new containers or dividers would help, we discuss the options and agree any purchases with you. See prices and inclusions for the full details.

Do I decide what stays and what goes?

Absolutely. You decide what to keep, donate or discard. With your approval, we can sort and bag up to two standard bags in total of household rubbish or usable clothing for donation. Usable clothing can be taken to an agreed charity, subject to acceptance.

Waste removal is subject to prior approval and suitable disposal arrangements. We can prepare bagged rubbish for collection; collection is arranged separately. Large furniture, including cupboards and chests of drawers, is excluded. Larger quantities must be agreed beforehand.

Can you help prepare a nursery or organise a new home?

Yes. We can help arrange baby clothes and essentials, unpack belongings after a move and organise rooms around your vision and daily routines.
