This is not a standalone removals unpacking or commercial laundry service. It is designed specifically around the return from travel and is available within the stated limits of selected Homeward packages.

Which Homeward packages include it?
Luggage and laundry support starts with Soft Landing.
Soft Landing includes unpacking of up to two suitcases, with clean clothing put away in agreed storage areas, plus one standard household wash, dry and fold laundry load.
Complete Homecoming includes unpacking of up to four suitcases and up to two standard household laundry loads, alongside the wider two-visit Homecoming preparation.
Return Ready does not include suitcase unpacking or laundry. It focuses on the core home reset, one prepared bed, Welcome Essentials and agreed arrival settings.

What this service is designed for
The post-holiday pile, not a general laundry contract.
Homeward's luggage and laundry support is intended to remove some of the immediate jobs that tend to follow a holiday return. It is not an ongoing laundry collection service, dry-cleaning service, wardrobe organisation service or house-move unpacking service.
Anything outside the stated package limits can be discussed before booking. Dry cleaning, where requested and available, is handled separately rather than counted as a standard household laundry load.
