Welcome Essentials
Every package includes an agreed allowance for everyday essentials so you are not returning to an empty home.
Home reset
Agreed living areas, kitchen and bathroom spaces are generally cleaned and reset as part of the Homeward service.
Laundry & luggage
Selected packages include suitcase unpacking and household laundry within their stated limits.
Arrival details
Agreed lighting, blinds and temperature can be set so the home feels ready for your return.
What does holiday home preparation include?
Different levels of preparation for different returns.
Return Ready focuses on the essentials: the core home reset, one prepared bed, Welcome Essentials and agreed arrival details.
Soft Landing adds more support for the first evening home, including additional bed preparation, luggage and laundry support, breakfast essentials and a prepared meal within the package allowances.
Complete Homecoming is the most comprehensive option, with two visits and higher limits for beds, luggage and laundry, plus additional food and flower allowances.
